Boom pumps and mixer pumps ship with CE / GCC / 3C certificates. For CIS import we prepare EAC (TR CU) conformity documents and include them with the shipment.

Standard terms are 30% T/T advance and 70% before shipment. Letter of credit is available for established companies. In-stock machines can ship against full prepayment within days.

Every machine ships with a parts book and our parts department works on WhatsApp. Wear parts are air-shipped within 72 hours of payment; major components go by sea or rail.
