How long does delivery take?

Production and pre-shipment inspection take 25–45 days depending on model. Shipping to Russian Far East ports or via China–Kazakhstan rail adds 15–35 days. We confirm the exact schedule with your order.

Which certificates do the machines have?

Boom pumps and mixer pumps ship with CE / GCC / 3C certificates. For CIS import we prepare EAC (TR CU) conformity documents and include them with the shipment.

What are the payment terms?

Standard terms are 30% T/T advance and 70% before shipment. Letter of credit is available for established companies. In-stock machines can ship against full prepayment within days.
